Fasteners

At HPSEU, we offer a comprehensive range of high-quality fasteners designed for specialized industries, including power generation, nuclear, construction, and more. Our fasteners meet rigorous standards, ensuring reliability and performance in every application.

Bolts & Screws

Usually, screws are used to assemble threaded objects, while bolts are used to assemble untreaded objects.

There are different types of bolts, some of which include anchor bolts,
hanger bolts, hex bolts, J bolts, lag bolts, shoulder bolts, and U bolts.

There are also dozens of different types of screws, some are chipboard
screws, deck screws, drive screws, drywall screws, eye screws, dowel
screws, wood screws, security head screws, and sheet metal screws

e.g.
DIN 933, DIN 931 / ISO 4014, 4017 / ASME B18.2.1

Nuts

Nuts are almost always used in conjunction with a mating bolt to fasten multiple parts together. The two partners are kept together by a combination of their threads’ friction (with slight elastic deformation), a slight stretching of the bolt, and compression of the parts to be held together.

The most common shape today is hexagonal (heavy), but there are more, including, square nuts, jam nuts, flange nuts, etc.

e.g.
DIN 934 / ISO 4032 / ASME B18.2.2

Studbolts

Stud, also known as threaded rod, is a relatively long rod that is threaded on both ends;  the thread may extend along the complete length of the rod. With respect to shape, stud bolts are categorized into three basic types:

  • Fully threaded stud bolts
  • Tap-end stud bolts
  • Double-end stud

e.g.
DIN 976 / ISO 888 / ASME B16.5

Washers

A washer is a thin plate (typically disk-shaped) with a hole that is normally used to distribute the load of a threaded fastener, such as a bolt or nut.

e.g.
DIN 125 / ISO 7089 / ASME B18.22.1

Special forms

Special forms fasteners are usually used for specific projects and can be manufactured in a wide range of materials.

Lead time can be adjusted to fit client requirements.

  • and others

COATING

Additionally, fasteners can be coated to comply with technical
requirements.

We could supply them, with different coating options, such
as:

  • Zinc plating
  • Hot Dip Galvanized
  • Geomet®
  • Sermaguard®
  • PTFE (Xylan®)
